so lets see how I do this week!! We did go for a walk today and then in to weymouth for some fireworks. 

Extra easy day 

Healthy a – 350 ml skimmed milk

Healthy b – 2 x hifi light 

Breakfast – honey dew melon and a chocolate orange hifi (3 syns) 

Lunch – chicken, 4 roast potatoes, red cabbage, peas, runner beans and 100 ml gravy (1.5 syns) 

Dinner – ham, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and beetroot 

Orange options (1.5 syns) 2 x Jaffa cakes (5 syns) maltesers (9)

Total – 20 oops that was a good start eh?
